Welcome to second and third grade at Flat Rock Summit Academy! We will be team teaching this year. What this means is we will be switching students to teach specific subjects both in second and third grade.

Mrs. Bodner will be teaching:

2nd & 3rd grade Math

2nd & 3rd grade Social Studies

2nd Grade Writing 

Mrs. Flournoy will be teaching:

2nd & 3rd grade Science

2nd & 3rd grade Language Arts

3rd Grade  Writing 

We will both be teaching writing using 6+1 Traits of Writing and Lucy Calkins as our main resources.
