Mrs. Bodner

Welcome! My name is Mrs. Tina Bodner and I am so excited to be partnering up with you this year to help your child learn and grow.

I am a graduate of Carlson High School and grew up in Rockwood and currently live in Rockwood as well. I have been married for 13 years and have three children: Connor, 12, Dominic 11, and Angelina, 9.

My bachelors degree is in Community Health Education and I was a Wellness Program Coordinator for StayWell at Chrysler for 5 years. In 2001, I decided to stay home with my children. In the mean time I started substitute teaching and in 2002 went back to school to get my teaching certificate. My first year at Flat Rock Summit was in 2009-2010 school year teaching kindergarten. I taught 2nd grade in 2010-2011.

Once again I am very excited to get to know the parents and guardians as well as my students this year. Please feel free to come in and visit, call, or email me. Any and all questions are welcome and encouraged.
