Planners
Each student will be receiving a spiral planner in a couple weeks (2 weeks after school starts). We will be filling these out daily. What will be included in the planners are reminders for parties, tests, specials, half days, papers due, family nights, etc. Most of all, students daily behaviors will be included.
Planners need to be signed/initialed every day. This is another tool that will be used for communication from school to home. Please feel free to write any notes in it for us as well. If you choose to do this, tell your child that their is a note for the teacher so they can show responsibility. This in turn builds confidence and self esteem, among other character building traits they will be learning this year.
This will also be recorded and count towards part of their grade under life skills.
