Sportsmanship

I take sportsmanship very serious in Physical Education.  I try to teach the children that when you win, the trick is to be a generous and gracious winner.  Good sportsmanship means acknowledging victories without humiliating opponents, being quietly proud of success, and letting victories speak for themselves.  Even if you win by a landslide, good sportsmanship means still finding a way to compliment your opponents.  I will be planning a few field trips for the classes that win in the "Good Sportsmanship" competition that is being observed every class period.
