New Quiz features in Moodle 2.0
by Admin User - Thursday, April 22, 2010, 12:54 PM

From the UK MoodleMoot, April 21, 2010.

Exciting new features will be available in the Quiz module of the new release of Moodle - version 2.0, due out soon. Here is a brief mention of some interesting updates:
  • Question to question navigation within a quiz.
  • Students able to flag questions to return to later.
  • Summary of progress in quiz BEFORE the student clicks the Submit All and Finish button. They'll have to review before they close it.
  • A reorganized set-up page.
  • A revamped question add section. Totally new way to view questions that are listed in the quiz.
  • Question types pop-up window. Gets rid of that boring drop down menu.
  • Responses report allows teachers to view what each student selected for each question more in-depth.
  • Different settings for different groups.
